Where we ship
Canada only, at present. United States shipping is coming; until it is live, a US address will not get through checkout. If you are in the US and want a part, email hi@theespressobench.com and we will tell you when we can send it rather than leave you guessing.

All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, and there are no charges added after that point.
Processing and delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed the next business day.
Once processed, expect delivery in 3 to 5 business days on Standard and 1 to 2 business days on Express. These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs and the December peak all move them, and we would rather tell you that up front than quote a date we cannot hold.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If the tracking has not moved for five business days, email us — we will chase the carrier so you do not have to.
If something goes wrong in transit
- Parcel marked delivered but not there. Check with your neighbours and building first, then email us. If it does not turn up within three business days, we replace or refund it.
- Parcel lost. If tracking stops for ten business days, we treat it as lost and replace or refund it. You do not have to wait on the carrier's investigation to close.
- Parcel arrives damaged. Photograph it before you unpack further and email us within 48 hours. See our refund policy.
- Wrong address entered at checkout. Tell us immediately. If the order has not shipped we can fix it for free. If it has, we can only reship once the parcel comes back to us, and the second shipment is chargeable.
